Neuheisel's final administrative appeal to the University of Washington has been spent, and it appears that Keith Gilbertson will be named the new head coach in the next day or so. Gilbertson, who flopped miserably at Cal in the early-90's, will lead the Huskies into Columbus in five weeks to take on the defending national champs, while Neuheisel will be preparing to sue the taxpayers of Washington, the UW Board of Regents (or whoever runs the university system) and the NCAA over his termination. We have not seen the last of him.
